How long do I have to wait for my mattress to be made? - on average it takes just 10 working days from ordering to delievery.

Do you sell mattress toppers? - Sorry no,  if you need a mattress topper you're just masking a mattress problem.

Do you make Children's beds? - Of course, we can make bases that are only a few inches tall redcing injury and allowing for a deep mattress that we see them into teenagers.

How long does your pressure mapping process take? - I'ts the same process if you choose a home visit or visit our showroom.. Simply remove any heavy coats and within 2 minutes the system will capture your unique sleep profile that will allow us to make your mattress.

I share my bed how does that work? - We first need to capture both your sleep profiles, if you both don't have any health issues then the system AI will generate a profile that that will be ideal for you both. However if one of the sleepers have for example back pain then the system will following further inputs will generate a sleep profile that gives priority to the sleeper with health issues.

Why can't I purchase a by invatation only mattress?  - At Shaw & Holland, we offer an exclusive range of mattresses available by invitation only to existing customers and VIP's. These mattresses feature luxurious fillings and finishes, tailored to meet the unique preferences and desires of our discerning clientele. While these bespoke options may include premium materials and custom embellishments, it's important to note that they do not provide a better quality of sleep compared to our luxury range of mattresses available to everyone.

For instance, a client may request specific luxury fillings, such as wool sourced from sheep grazing on their estates, or they may desire personalised touches like gold embroidery featuring their family coat of arms on the headboard. These customisations add a unique and opulent touch reflecting the client's individual style and preferences.

However, it's essential to recognise that the quality of sleep is primarily influenced by the core of the mattress which in every mattress we sell has been  meticulously crafted to match a sleep profile rather than the luxury materials or embellishments requested by a client.
